A little bit about Vanilla Cloud Cakes… 

My name is Claire and I am the creator of Vanilla Cloud Cakes. Baking and cake decorating has been a passion of mine ever since my mum taught me to make my first fairy cake! 

After completing a degree in Nutrition and Food Science in 2014, I decided to follow my heart and undertake a professional cake maker diploma at the renowned Peggy Porschen in London. This is where I refined my natural talent for cake decorating and I now have the knowledge and skill to make beautiful and delicious cakes. During the diploma my love for sugarcraft flowers, in particular, grew and this has become a speciality of Vanilla Cloud Cakes. 

Vanilla Cloud Cakes not only makes cakes for special occasions, but also regularly supplies a local cafe with uniquely flavoured cakes and bakes, take a look through the gallery pages to see a few examples!
